How does the triply construction improve cooking? Each pan is built with three bonded layers: a nickelfree 439 stainless steel interior for safe cooking, a 1.3mm aluminum core for fast and even heat distribution, and a magnetic 430 stainless steel exterior for durability and induction compatibility. At 2.5mm total thickness, the body resists warping far better than thinner pans and eliminates hot spots  so your eggs cook evenly and your steak sears with a uniform golden crust. Can I use these pans on my induction cooktop? What about the oven? Absolutely. The magnetic 430 stainless steel exterior makes this set compatible with induction, gas, electric, and halogen cooktops. The allmetal construction is ovensafe up to 500F, so you can sear on the stovetop and finish in the oven without switching pans. One pan, from start to finish. Handle length: 22.5cm. 12 inch (30cm)  Ideal for two ribeye steaks, a full batch of burgers, or family dinners. Wall height: 6cm. Handle length: 22.5cm. The entire set is dishwashersafe for easy cleanup. However, hand washing with warm, soapy water helps preserve the ceramic coatings performance over the long term. What if theres an issue with my pan? Every Imarku pan is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your pan arrives with a flaw or fails due to a production issue, we will replace it. Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
