RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Homenkitchenshop, we believe in making the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Below is a clear, step-by-step guide to help you with your returns and refunds.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Damaged/Defective or Mismatched Items:

    • If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or a mismatch from what was ordered, customers may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of the original delivery date.

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number:

    • Returns will only be accepted with a valid RA number.

    • Once an RA number is issued, it will expire within 7 days. We encourage customers to return the product as soon as possible after receiving the RA number.

  3. Goods Returned Without a Valid RA Number:

    • Products returned without a valid RA number will not be processed for a refund and may incur an additional handling fee.

  4. Restocking Fee for Non-Defective Returns:

    • Returns for items that are not damaged, defective, or mismatched may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item's price.

Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

To avoid delays or denial of your return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, and the packaging should be intact.

  • Product Condition: The item must be free of any damage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or signs of tampering (e.g., removed screws, fasteners, or seals).

  • Security Seals: Products with a security seal must have the seal intact and untampered.

Return Processing Time:

  • Please note that processing a return may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive the returned product.

Defective or Missing Units:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has missing units, we will resolve the issue in one of the following ways:

  • Replacement: We will send you replacements for the affected units.

  • Partial Credit: If a complete replacement is not possible, we will issue a partial credit for the affected units.

Note: Replaced items will not be eligible for additional credits or refunds.
