RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Homenkitchenshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we’ve made it simple to return it. Please follow the steps below to return your item and receive a refund.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, contact our support at support@homenkitchenshop.com.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, intact manufacturer’s packaging.

• Condition: Items must be free of any damage (scratches, dents, or signs of tampering).

• Security Seals: All factory seals must be unbroken.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, Homenkitchenshop will cover all return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns (customer remorse or "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fees

For returns that are not due to damage or defect (e.g., buyer's remorse), a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from your final refund. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned goods.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 15 business days):

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process with our manufacturing partners and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

7. How to Return a Product

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact Homenkitchenshop customer support at support@emusicmart.com or call +1 832-780-3854 to obtain your RA number within 30 days of delivery.

2. Pack the Product Securely: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and meets the return criteria. Include the RA number on the package.

3. Ship the Product Back: Ship the product via your preferred carrier and make sure to get tracking confirmation.

4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
