Alessi Convivio DC105/16 The Long Handle Casserole, also known as the Russian style, shares the versatility of the other casseroles by excelling, in particular, in the preparation of sauces and gravies. The simple volume of the cylindrical container is contrasted with the strong horizontal nature of the handlea balanced juxtaposition of geometry and materials. The material the body is made of is trilamine: an inner steel layer that maintains a constant temperature, an aluminum layer that ensures even heat diffusion, and finally an outer stainless steel layer that makes it extremely durable. Designed to maximize comfort and agility in use, the material used to manufacture the handles not only ensures a good grip but also contains heat transmission from the body of the pan.
