This Carlisle RTP14 OptiClean blue plastic wash rack has pegs and is suitable for washing oversize tableware such as charger plates, pasta bowls, platters, trays, and other items. The pegs are 2.96 high for helping separate tall items and holding them on an angle to facilitate washing. This wash rack has plate locks for helping to secure the items and prevent them from knocking together, chipping, and breaking. This wash rack is made of Carlisle Blue polypropylene for resistance to breakage and fatigue, chemicals, and heat. It has a double-wall construction for strength and to help protect contents from moving dish machine parts. This rack has honeycomb sides with rounded edges on its upper walls to help distribute the load and provide handholds for gripping. A textured finish on the outside of the racks solid lower walls and corners help resist slipping and scratching. This wash rack has molded handles on all four sides for gripping, and a four-way track on the bottom to eliminate the need to rotate the rack when loading it into a dish machine.This wash rack meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment.
