All selenite from SeleniteCreations is sourced ethically from a selenite co-op in Morocco that ensures good working conditions and a living wage. These are amazing quality selenite bowls and quite a generous size! Size : 7.5-8 Inches diameter x 2.5 Inches height - As a natural stone product there is some slight variance in the size of these. These selenite bowls have a beautiful matte finish and are carved nice and deeply. A great size for charging but people use these bowls in many creative ways. We have seen them used to hold all manner of things from small tumble collections to beach sand to jewelery. Whatever you decide to use them for, just don't put water in them as it will soften and if left in the bowl will eventually dissolve the selenite. The majority of these bowls have natural spots, scratches, edge nicks, & hairline cracks in them as can be seen in the photos, this is completely normal for selenite and is nott damage or defect. Do not apply moisture Cleanse in moonlight Selenites normal growth pattern includes internal cracking called veins. These veins are a key characteristic of selenite and not damage. Minor scuffs and inclusions are to be expected in such a soft natural product.
