A good tempering process makes the glass stronger, and it is for this reason that the Duralex glass is very resistant. It is subjected to a brutal cooling process where cold air is ventilated on the entire glass product which had just been raised to a temperature of around 700C. This treatment creates controlled stresses in the glass which improve most of its physical qualities: resistance to mechanical strains (bending, shocks) and thermal shock. 2.5 times more resistant than an annealed glass product and able to withstand a thermal shock of 130C. Our products can go from the freezer to the microwave without any problem. Directions for use: Wash before use and do not use in the oven. - Do not expose to open flames. - Do not subject the products to a sudden temperature change of more than 130C. - Do not use a damaged or chipped product (risk to the user). - Avoid scratching the surface of the products.
