ERCO Ercoupe 415-CD

The 415-CD, like many Ercoupes, features a control wheel that controls both ailerons and rudder, eliminating the need for traditional rudder pedals. This design choice was intended to simplify flight for new pilots and was promoted as "nearly foolproof". A total of 5,685 ERCO Ercoupe 415 series aircraft were built, with the 415-C being the most prevalent model. This includes both pre-war and post-war production, with different engine configurations (65 hp and 75 hp, respectively).
