1. Shipping Destinations & Cost

• Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the Continental United States.

• Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

Our fulfillment centers operate six days a week (Monday through Saturday) to process and dispatch your orders.

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) – Monday to Saturday.

• Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

• Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Total Delivery Time: 4–8 Business Days.

By working directly with our manufacturing partners, we optimize our logistics to reduce transit distances. We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

4. Order Tracking

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or if it arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. Our 24/7 support team is ready to help coordinate replacements or resolutions immediately.
