Scent notes

Orange blossom, and the sweet orange behind it. That is the whole composition and it is meant to be legible — this is the smell of a citrus tree in flower rather than a mixed floral. It reads like a warm morning in a place where oranges actually grow, which in our case is the yard outside.

How to use

Trim the wick to a quarter inch each time. Give the first burn two to three hours so the wax reaches the glass, then keep single burns under four hours. Citrus is a light molecule and it moves fast, so you will notice this one within minutes of lighting it — and it suits a smaller room better than a large open one.

Food-grade coconut wax, premium scented oils drawn from flowers, fruits and roots, and a 100% lead-free braided cotton wick. No paraffin, no dyes, no lead core. Eight ounces in amber glass, about eighty hours of burn time. Hand-crafted in small batches in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Why amber glass

Citrus oils are the first to break down in daylight, and amber glass filters most of it before it reaches the wax — which matters more for this candle than for almost any other in the range. Keep it off a sunny windowsill and the orange stays bright to the last hour. The empty jar cleans out with warm soapy water.
