The Learjet 25D is a light jet known for its speed, high altitude capabilities, and relatively short runway requirements. It was introduced in 1976 and is a variant of the Learjet 25 series, featuring aerodynamic refinements and a slightly longer fuselage than its predecessors. The 25D is powered by two General Electric CJ610-8A engines. The 25D's fuselage is longer than earlier models, providing a more spacious cabin for passengers. It typically accommodates six to eight passengers in a configuration with forward-facing seats and a rear bench. The Learjet 25D boasts a cruising speed over 450 knots and a ceiling of 51,000 feet. It has a range of approximately 1,246 nautical miles. A total of 164 Learjet 25D aircraft were produced. Production of the Learjet 25D ran from 1976 to 1985.
