Our new skillet shape combines the versatility of our stainless steel fry pans with the exceptional heat retention and durability of our Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven. From searing to sauteing, shallow frying to biscuit baking our Rounded Skillet is the perfect pan to perform all your core cooking tasks. The skillet has an enamel coating similar to the Dutch Oven but it is black in color instead of oatmeal. We designed this piece with high surface temperature cooking in mind and black is ideal for frying, grilling and searing.
