The Shiv Shakti Arts 1.3 Litre Brass Saucepan is a compact traditional cookware piece designed for everyday preparation and reheating. Its straightsided body provides useful depth for liquids, while the long handle allows controlled positioning during cooking and pouring. The exterior features polished hammered brass, and the inside has a traditional tin, or Kalai, lining that forms the cookingcontact surface. The saucepan comes with a matching hammered brass lid. Its compact capacity is suitable for heating milk, brewing tea or coffee, reheating dal and gravy, and preparing sauces, soup, vegetables, oats, halwa and other smaller portions. The saucepan weighs approximately 930 g. It measures 9.5 cm in height without the lid and 15 cm with the lid. Its top diameter is 15 cm, base diameter is 12 cm and total width up to the end of the handle is approximately 30 cm. Use low to medium heat and avoid heating the saucepan while empty. Use wooden or silicone utensils to help preserve the Kalai lining. The handle and lid become hot during cooking and must be handled with dry oven mitts.
