The Look: Rustic or Sleek (Your Choice)

Slate naturally has a soft chalky gray look.
If you prefer a darker, richer black finish, simply apply food-grade mineral oil.

Just a pea-sized drop goes a long way and instantly deepens the color while bringing out the stone’s natural layers.

You can apply it yourself or select the oil application option and we’ll do it for you before shipping (select apply oil option).

Bonus of adding oil: when touching or adding food to it you do not see the natural oils from your skin or foods on the tray (see pics). 

Care

Wash with mild detergent and a cloth.
Do not use brushes or steel wool.
Do not place in oven or microwave.
