Important Usage Tips (Please Read Before Buying): 1. Seasoning is Essential: This wok ships with a protective anti-rust oil layer (not a chemical coating). You must scrub it off and perform the initial seasoning (heating the pan and applying oil) before cooking. Once seasoned, the raw iron color will naturally darken to black. 2. Handle with Care (Hot Handles): The dual handles are designed for stability and feature a vintage hemp rope wrap for better grip.
